Web design for Gold Coast small businesses

I build websites for Gold Coast businesses that want the phone to ring, not just a nicer brochure. A fixed price before I start, plain English throughout, and a site set up so Google knows what you do and where. I'm local, so I'll come to you to talk it over.

Gold Coast work

Three Burleigh Heads businesses, three different jobs

Each one needed something different from its website, so each one is built differently.

What you get

What every site I build includes

Local search

Showing up where your customers look

When someone on the Coast searches for a local service, Google usually shows a small map with a few businesses, then the websites underneath. The map comes from your free Google Business Profile, not your website.

Your website looks after the list, with clear pages that say what you do and where, backed by real work. Playscapes only has a page for a place because there are real job photos from it.

What I won't do is pad your pages with lists of suburbs: Google treats that as spam. The plain-English version is on my local SEO page.

How it works

From a chat to a live site

  1. We talk

At your business anywhere on the Gold Coast, or on a video call. I ask about your customers and what the site needs to do.

  2. A fixed quote

A clear plan and one price before any work starts. Nothing begins until you're happy with both.

  3. Watch it, then launch it

Check it on your own phone through a private preview link. Then I handle hosting, your domain and the Google setup.

Each step, in more detail, is on how I work.

Pricing

One fixed price for the build

$400, $600 or $1,400, paid once, with a few months of care included. Gold Coast clients pay the same as everyone else.

After that, the care plan is $109.99 a month for hosting, security, updates and Google tweaks. Domains are separate and in your name. Compare it all on the pricing page.

Questions

Gold Coast questions, answered

Do you meet clients in person on the Gold Coast?

Yes. I'll come to your shop, office or job site anywhere on the Gold Coast. If a video call suits you better, that works just as well.

My site looks fine, but nobody finds it on Google. What's usually wrong?

Often it's how the pages are built. Some load their words in after the page arrives, leaving Google little to read. GKD's pages had that problem, so in March 2026 I rebuilt 11 of them with the words in the page from the start. Other usual suspects: one page for every service, nothing that says where you work, and no Google Business Profile.

Do you build sites for tourism and hospitality businesses?

Yes. GKD's site is written for tourism owners, operators and government buyers. If you run tours, accommodation or a venue, the same idea applies: answer people's questions before they get in touch.

Can I sell products on my site as well?

Yes. Precision 2Pac's site, still in development, has a merch shop beside the painting services, with a dashboard for stock and orders. Tell me what you sell and I'll quote it.

Our work goes well beyond the Coast. Can the site show that?

Yes. Playscapes builds in other parts of Australia, and has a page for each place with real job photos. A page for a place earns its keep by showing real work there, not just the name.
