Metabundle (“MetaBundle”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://metabundle.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
Enquiries. When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, and (optionally) your company, budget, the service you’re interested in, and your message.
Usage data. Like most websites, we collect standard analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source) via Google Analytics and our hosting provider’s logs. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver our services, and stay in touch about your project. We use analytics data to understand what’s useful on the site and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — currently our hosting provider (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend), and Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Australia. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing hello@metabundle.ai. If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, contact us first and we’ll work to resolve it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please don’t send us sensitive information you wouldn’t want transmitted over the internet.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
