These terms apply to the services provided by Metabundle (“MetaBundle”, “we”, “us”) and to your use of https://metabundle.ai. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them. The specifics of any project — scope, deliverables, and price — are set out in the written quote or proposal we provide, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.
Our services
We provide web design and development, technical consulting, AI tooling, SEO, e-commerce, and ongoing care & maintenance. Each engagement is scoped individually. We’ll always confirm scope and a fixed quote before work begins.
Quotes & payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Build fees are a one-time charge for the agreed scope; care & maintenance is billed monthly. Work scheduled may require a deposit, and final deliverables are released on full payment. Prices on this site are a guide — your quote is the agreed figure.
Your responsibilities
To keep a project on schedule, you agree to provide content, feedback, access, and approvals in a reasonable timeframe, and to ensure that any materials you supply don’t infringe a third party’s rights.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the custom code we write for your project and your domain is registered in your name. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and our internal frameworks remain ours or their respective owners’. Unless you ask us not to, we may reference your project and display it in our portfolio and marketing.
Care & maintenance plans
Care plans are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plans cover the inclusions listed in your quote — substantial new features are scoped and quoted separately.
Warranties & disclaimer
We provide our services with due care and skill. Other than guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, the site and our services are provided “as is” without further warranties. We don’t guarantee specific search rankings or business outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or the amount you paid us for it. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be on this page.
