No. If you can send an email and use a web browser, you can do this. We go at your pace, skip the jargon, and work on your own computer with your own tasks — so you leave knowing how to do it yourself, not just having watched someone else do it.
In our experience it's one of the best AI assistants for everyday business work: it follows instructions well, handles long documents, and is good at writing in your tone. Claude Desktop runs as a normal app on your computer, so it's one click away instead of lost in a browser tab. If you already use another AI tool, the habits we teach carry straight over.
You'll need your own Claude account. It's held in your name, not ours, so your conversations and billing stay yours, and the subscription is paid directly to Anthropic — it isn't included in our prices. Anthropic offers a few plans; for daily business use we recommend a paid one, and we'll help you pick the right fit on your intro call. We don't list their prices here because they change.
AnyDesk is a widely used remote-support tool with encrypted connections, and you stay in control: every session needs you to click Accept on your screen, you can watch everything we do, and you can end it at any time. We don't set up unattended access unless you ask. One rule worth knowing: we will never call you out of the blue asking to connect to your computer. If anyone does — claiming to be us, your bank or a tech company — hang up.
We show you what's fine to share with an AI assistant and what isn't — passwords, card numbers and sensitive customer or health details stay out — and we go through Claude's privacy and data settings with you so you know how your chats are handled. Your account and conversations are yours. In sessions, we only look at what you choose to show us.
Yes. A small-group class (up to 8 people) is the quickest way to get everyone started together, at your workplace or over video call. Add 1:1 hours for anyone who needs more help, or to set up shared prompts and workflows the whole team can use.
