Why I'm doing this
Most of what I build for clients has AI in it somewhere. But plenty of small-business owners don't need a custom AI setup. They need someone to sit beside them, set AI up properly and show them how to use it on their own work.
So I'm launching AI coaching. It's hands-on and in plain English, and you work on your own computer with your own tasks. You leave knowing how to do it yourself, not just having watched someone else do it.
What you'll use it for
I teach Claude, made by Anthropic, because it's what I use every day. In my experience it follows instructions well, copes with long documents and is good at writing in your tone. Claude Desktop runs as a normal app on your computer, so it's one click away instead of lost in a browser tab.
The kinds of jobs we work through together:
- Emails and customer replies. Draft replies, chase unpaid invoices and handle a tricky customer, in your own voice.
- Quotes and proposals. Turn rough site notes or a voice memo into a clear, itemised quote that you check and send.
- Documents and paperwork. Job sheets, procedures, policies, letters and website copy.
- Spreadsheets and numbers. Clean up messy data, get the formula you need, and pull totals and trends out of your own figures.
- Research and reading. Summarise long contracts, tenders and supplier terms in plain English.
The packages
All prices are in AUD, and they're also on the pricing page.
- 1:1 Kickstart: $299, one-off. A 2-hour session, just you. I install and set up Claude Desktop on your own computer, we work through your real tasks, and you leave with a personal cheat-sheet of prompts that work for your business, plus a week of follow-up questions by email. This is the place to start.
- Extra 1:1 hours: $149 per hour. For going further: deeper dives into the tasks that fill your week, setting up specific workflows step by step, or bringing a team member up to speed.
- Small-group class: $99 per person. About 2 hours, up to 8 people, with everyone on their own laptop. Good for a team, or a few business owners learning together, in person or over video call.
- Support retainer: $149 per month. Month-to-month, no lock-in. Up to 2 hours of remote help a month, priority answers by email, and a monthly check-in on new features worth using.
I'll come to your business anywhere across the Gold Coast & Brisbane. If you're further away, video call works well.
Your Claude account isn't included. It's held in your name and paid directly to Anthropic, so your conversations and billing stay yours. I'll help you pick the right plan.
Remote help, with you in control
The support retainer uses AnyDesk, a widely used remote-support app. I help you install it during your Kickstart, so it's ready when you need it. Nothing happens until you click Accept on your own screen. You see everything I do, and you can end the session with one click. I don't set up access for when you're away from the computer unless you specifically ask for it.
One rule worth remembering: I will never call you out of the blue asking to connect to your computer. If anyone does, whether they claim to be from MetaBundle, your bank or a tech company, hang up.
Your data, your rules
I'll show you what's fine to share with an AI assistant and what isn't. Passwords, card numbers and sensitive customer or health details stay out. We'll go through Claude's privacy settings together, so you know how your chats are handled.
