Burst pipes don't wait for business hours. Blocked drains don't care that you've got guests coming over. When something goes wrong, you need someone who'll actually turn up — and turn up soon.

We run a 24-hour callout service across the inner north. One phone call, one quoted price, one licensed plumber at your door within the hour for most jobs.

What we cover

• Hot water system failures
• Gas leaks (we'll isolate and make safe while waiting on the gas fitter if needed)
• Tap, cistern, and washer replacements
• Water main shut-offs and repairs

How our pricing works

We quote every job upfront before we start. No "while I'm here" extras, no mystery invoices after the fact. Our callout fee covers the first half hour; additional work is quoted transparently based on what we find.

• Standard callout (business hours): $120
• After hours (7pm–7am): $180
• Weekends and public holidays: $220

Parts are quoted separately and we'll always show you the part before fitting it.

What to do while you wait

If you've got a burst pipe or major leak, turn the water off at the mains if you can. Your mains tap is usually at the front of the property, near where the water line enters. Turn it clockwise until it stops. This won't fix anything but it'll stop the damage getting worse while we're on our way.

If it's a gas leak, get everyone out of the building, don't turn on any lights or switches, and call us from outside.
